Caroline keeps our projects running seamlessly from start to finish. A University of Virginia graduate, she oversees all aspects of procurement—managing ordering, tracking, and scheduling with precision and care. Known for her sharp attention to detail and love of spreadsheets, Caroline ensures every project stays organized and on track. Caroline thrives behind the scenes, keeping even the most complex projects running smoothly.

Emily keeps our business running with precision and clarity, overseeing the books with a sharp eye and an unmistakably Type-A approach. With incredible intelligence and drive, she brings structure and consistency to every detail, paired with a dry sense of humor that’s always perfectly timed.
